Fees & Health Guarantee
​New Puppies:
Each puppy is priced at $1200-$1500, requiring a non-refundable deposit of $200, which will be applied to the final amount due at pickup. Should a litter not be born, you have the option to transfer your deposit to the next available litter of your choice.
Training:
Payment for training is due at the time of drop off. In the event that your puppies stays with us for consecutive months, payment will be due on the first of the month.

Health Guarantee:
*We offer a 26-month health guarantee for Hip Dysplasia.
All of our dogs are certified (Hips, Elbows and Eyes).

Payments:
Payments can be via cash, checks, or Venmo (additional fees may apply)
In the event your personal check does not clear, a $35.00 fee will be applied. If paying with personal check, payment will be due 7 days prior to pickup.

* If the hips fail:

The puppy will be replaced by us with another puppy of equal value, at our discretion, or half of the of the purchase price will be refunded in lieu of a replacement puppy, provided that the dog with the problem has been spayed or neutered with written proof from the Veterinarian.

Replacement puppies will be free of all charges except shipping and health certificate.

If the value of the replacement puppy is greater than the original, then the buyer will be responsible for paying the difference before replacement.

Central Flyway Retrievers does not guarantee your dog’s hips against any form of dysplasia which is attributable to non genetic causes such as injuries or being overweight.

Puppies will be sent home with a current vet record of vaccines given

The buyer has several responsibilities in order for the terms of this guarantee to remain in effect:

Central Flyway Retrievers must be notified within 15 days of diagnosis of Hip Dysplasia.

If the dog has Hip Dysplasia it must be spayed/ neutered before reaching 28 months of age if it is going to be kept by the purchaser. The dog may not have been bred prior to this claim.

Claim for replacement or refund shall be in writing, and must be accompanied by the following:

A copy of this guarantee, the original AKC Registration

Certificate Veterinary Certificate of Hip defect described above.

X-rays must be taken by a vet and sent to the OFA for an official reading with abnormal results (mild, moderate or severe).

If dysplasia is suspected, X-rays must have the puppies’ microchip # and AKC reg # to be valid.

​Because the Breeder does not cover any form of dysplasia that is not genetic (obesity, malnutrition, neglect, etc.) to ensure this is not the case; puppy must be kept current on all regular vet check-ups and vaccines.

Veterinary certificate of spay/neuter.

This claim must be submitted to us with all of the required documents before the dog reaches 28 months of age.

We do not guarantee breedability of any pup or dog sold.
